To kiss or not to kiss? That is the question.
November 5, 2009I view kissing the same way I view a Baskin Robin’s ice cream store: If I was allowed to try every single flavor, I would. At the end of almost every date, I want to kiss the person; even if I know I don’t want to go out with him again. Why? Because kissing is awesome!
I am trying, quite actively, not to kiss people who I know I don’t want to date. It causes such complication! If you go on a date with someone, then you kiss them at the end, it makes them think you want to see them again, and I suppose I would think the same thing… I wish I could explain to them “I just wanted a little taste, I don’t want to buy it”, without offending.

Haha- Kissing at the end of a date definitely gives the other person the message that you’re interested in a second date. They think that if you hadn’t liked them or been turned on by them- then you wouldn’t have kissed them…and they’ll hold on to the fact that you did- to come back for more. Does this mean you’re attracted to every person you go out on a date with?? I only feel like kissing someone if I think they’re hot.
I see your point. Perhaps I am attracted, but know that I don’t want a relationship that the person? I’m trying to learn to think first and kiss later. Even harder than is sounds!
